Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
At Innovatio, we strive to deliver exceptional services that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:​

Consultations: Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.,

Projects: Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of project commencement, provided that no more than 25% of the project scope has been completed,

Retainer Collaborations: Refunds for retainer services are considered if requested within the first 30 days of the agreement, with the refund amount prorated based on services rendered.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at velebit@innovatio.design with your name, service details, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within seven business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:​

Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client.​

Late Cancellation or No-Show: Consultations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or missed appointments.​

Digital Products: Any digital products or deliverables that have been delivered and are not defective.
